French Toast

Start the morning with a hot, warm, fluffy and eggy slice of toast. Perfect when paired with other sweet things 🍓

Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
  • 5-6 Slices Bread
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup/235ml Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinammon Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • a few blocks of butter
EXTRA
  • Maple Syrup/Honey/Fruits to top
Method and Instruction

Preparation
  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl large enough to accommodate a slice of the bread.
  2. Add milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and sugar into mixture, mix till thoroughly mixed.
Cooking
  1. Heat a block of butter in your pan over medium heat.
  2. Dip a slice of bread in the mixture and let it soak for about 10 seconds on each side, then let the excess drip off.
  3. Fry in pan till golden brown, approx. 3 mins per side.
  4. Repeat steps 3-5 with rest of bread.
  5. Plate and serve with your choices of toppings.
